Shipping Policy

We support global shipping. Our goal is to offer you the best shipping options, no matter where you live. Every day, we deliver to hundreds of customers across the world, ensuring that we provide the highest levels of responsiveness to you at all times.

Shipping Methods

Normally, we ship via all major carriers, such as Fedex/DHL/UPS/DPEX.
In some cases, other more suitable transportation methods are also chosen. For example, we use TNT/Aramex for shipments to South Africa. Additionally, for select products, we offer an economical standard shipping option, with an estimated delivery window of 10-15 business days. Check out the product info page to see if standard shipping is available for your item.
The time frame for order delivery is divided into two parts:

Processing Time:

In Stock Items :Shipping out within 24 hours (Monday to Friday) after received your payment
Customized Style Or Color :Shipping out within 5-8 business days after received your payment
We do not process on the weekends or holidays. Processing times are NOT included in the delivery time. Please plan accordingly.
You will receive a tracking number once your order is shipped.

Shipping Time:

To USA: 3-7 Working Days
To Canada: 5-8 Working Days
To UK:3-7 Working Days
To Europe:5-8 Working Days
To South Africa: 5-10 Working Days
Standard Shipping: 10-15 Business Days

Shipping fee:

Normally, we offer free shipping. And, the following conditions will be borne by the buyer:
  1. If customs duties are imposed in the recipient’s country/region, the taxes will be paid by the buyer. We do try to keep customs costs as low as possible.
  2. The cost incurred due to the buyer’s delivery delay or address modification shall be borne by the buyer.
  3. The buyer shall bear the cost incurred due to the buyer's cancellation or return of the order halfway for personal reasons.

Helpful Hint:

  1. Normally, the local shippers deliver packages on workday( Mon. - Fri.).Therefore, to ensure your parcel will be delivered to you safely and punctually, it's better for you to choose an address where you can receive the package on workday as the shipping address. It's best to keep your phone open, because the shipper might contact you via phone.
  2. Some shipping services we using should have the customer's signature to be successfully delivered. If we ship the goods to your delivery address and someone signs for it, we will not be responsible for any loss or theft of the package. Therefore, please make sure that you or your authorized person are at the delivery address.
  3. We want you to be satisfied with your purchase. If you are not happy with your product, you can return it within return policy for a full refund or exchange. Please note that you are responsible for the return shipping costs and the product must be in its original condition. For more details, please see our Refund Policy.

Please Noticed:

  • Although we try to get your hair to you as fast as possible, please don’t order hair less than 72 hours before you need it ! It's always best to give yourself at least a 2 week cushion before you need it to avoid any unforeseen circumstances that may delay delivery.
  • Processing & shipping times may be extended during sales & holidays.
  • We are not responsible for late shipments due to inclement weather, holidays, natural disasters, or carrier delays.
  • Express doesn't accept any address with PO.Box or military base;
  • Orders will only be remained for 5 working days after submit when phone number missing or Incomplete address. Longer than that, order will be canceled and money will be returned accordingly. So pls make sure that you leave correct shipping address and contact number when placing order.
