Refund policy

Customer satisfaction is always our top priority.
We have a 15-day return policy, which means you have 15 days after receiving your item to request a return.

However, to provide you with better service, we have launched the following service upgrades:

  • No matter what product you buy, as long as you contact us within 7 days after receiving the goods, we support no-reason returns and exchanges, without you having to provide any reason or proof, as long as you ensure that the product is intact, we will process the return and exchange for you.
  • In addition, we also provide you with a 90-day quality guarantee. If you find any quality problems with the product within 90 days after receiving the goods, we will also replace or refund it for free, as long as you can provide relevant photos or videos of the quality problem, we will deal with it as soon as possible.

These service upgrades are our sincerity and gratitude to you, as well as our confidence and responsibility for our products. We hope you can enjoy a pleasant shopping experience on our website.

If you are not satisfied with your purchase, please email us to get the return address (please do not return it back to the sender's address on the parcel). We will issue a refund to your original payment account within about three to ten business days after we receive the returned package. Additionally, we are sorry that we cannot offer you a refund or exchange if it is more than 15 days after delivery or you return it without any prior notice.

Helpful Hints:

  • All returned items must be in the same condition as you received them, unworn, unwashed, with original lace (uncut), original curl pattern (not combed out), and still have the original packaging and gifts.
  • Return shipping costs are borne by the buyer, and we recommend you use USPS for returns. Customized hair (including wigs and bundles, such as customized color or wig size cap) cannot be returned or exchanged.
  • If the return is due to the buyer's problem (such as dislike/want, ordered the wrong product/size), we will deduct $20 from your refund as the shipping and handling fee loss, and you must contact us within 1 day of receiving the month to return.
  • The unauthorized returns will not be accepted. Once the package was shipped out, we can't cancel or modify order information any more. Also, Pls do not refuse packages. A restocking fee will be assessed on orders that are refused by the customer at the time of delivery or returned due to an "un-deliverable" address. The unauthorized rejection /return is not allowed at the time of delivery, and the cost of unauthorized rejection/return will be paid by the buyer.

How to refund or exchange:

  • Step 1:

Please contact our customer service representative within 15 days of receipt.

Please include your order number and the reason why you would like to exchange or return your hair, and attach a picture of the wig and the package you received.

  • Step 2:

Once the return/exchange request is approved, our customer service will send you the return and exchange address.

  • Step 3:

Send the hair back to the address we provided you with and include the order number. We cannot accept return packages without our return authorization. Please send the hair back to us by emailing us the return tracking number. When we receive the return package, we will begin the refund or exchange process.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you and let you know if the refund is approved. If approved, you will be automatically refunded to your original payment method. Please remember that your bank or credit card company may also need some time to process and post the refund.

Exceptions / non-returnable items

Certain types of items cannot be returned, like perishable goods (such as food, flowers, or plants), custom products (such as special orders or personalized items), and personal care goods (such as beauty products). We also do not accept returns for hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.

Please note that we do not accept returns for sale items or gift cards.

Exchanges

  1. To ensure you get what you want quickly, return the item you have and make a separate purchase for the new item.
  2. Orders can be changed for free within 5 hours after placing your order
  3. Once an exchange has been completed, returns will not be accepted.

Cancellation Policy

  1. There is no fee for cancellations on orders placed within 24 hours.
  2. Please note that once the order has been shipped out, it can no longer be canceled.

Reserved Rights Regarding Returns:

We reserves the right to solely define and limit, refuse, and/or reject returns from customers at any time due to:

  1. An irregular or excessive returns history;
  2. An irregular or excessive returns history involving worn, altered, laundered, damaged, or missing items;
  3. Potential fraudulent or criminal activity.
